1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Chinemachine Vintage platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. This application is designed to manage appointments, gift cards, and consignment for our boutique at 100 Rue des Martyrs, Paris.

2. Appointments & Selling

Selling and Trade appointments must be booked via this platform. We reserve the right to refuse items based on condition, style, or stock levels. Cancellation of appointments should be done at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payments & Sales Policy

As is standard with vintage retail, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are provided. For sellers, cash payments are 30% of the estimated selling price, while store credit is 50%.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth for your security. Chinemachine does not store your Google password.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased via the platform are valid exclusively in-store at our Paris location. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

Chinemachine Vintage is not liable for data loss or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
